Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm · counselling, not an emergency service
Each number was read on the service's own website or a government page on 16 September 2026. Sources: www.punjabpolice.gov.pk, www.rescue.gov.pk, www.punjabpolice.gov.pk, taskeen.org, rozan.org. Numbers change: if one does not connect, tell us.
What to do right now
- If someone is in immediate physical danger, call your local emergency number. That is faster and more useful than anything online.
- If you are having thoughts of ending your life, tell one person you trust today. Not eventually, today. It does not have to be the right person or a professional.
- If you are supporting someone else, ask directly and plainly whether they are thinking about suicide. Asking does not plant the idea, and the evidence on that is clear and long-standing.
- Do not wait for an appointment if the risk is now. Emergency services and crisis lines exist for exactly this and you are not wasting their time.

A wrong crisis number is worse than no crisis number, so blanks stay blank here rather than being filled with a plausible guess. If you can supply a verified line with a source, send it.
