Peer review exchange

Swap chapters, review each other

Post a thesis chapter or an assignment and get a structured review from another psychology student. Review someone else's in return: that is how the exchange stays fair.

Ask for a review

Give to get

Your first request is free. After that, each new request needs one review given: reviews given minus requests posted may not go below −1. Every request you post counts, even one you close.

Who takes part

Members with a checked badge (student or above), so authors know a real student or researcher is reading their work. The author accepts up to 2 reviewers.

The template

Strengths; research question; method and design; analysis and APA reporting; argument and literature; specific suggestions; and a verdict: ready, minor or major changes.

Review, don't rewrite Point out problems and suggest fixes in your own words; never write or rewrite someone's work for them, and never ask anyone to. Ghost-writing is academic misconduct here as it is at your university, and an account found doing it is closed. Follow your university's rules on sharing drafts and getting feedback. Files are confidential: only the author and the reviewers they accept can open them, and the file is deleted 30 days after the deadline. Do not copy, share or keep it.

Requests are for members

Unpublished work is only listed to signed-in members. Sign in to see what is waiting for a reviewer.
